Nine Inch Nails is coming out with a new album, Year Zero. A whole viral marketing campaign is underway, and this time the Boston Polic can’t f%^# with it. With this campaign came track ‘leaks’ that were quite obviously done on purpose, which you can find at: Symphony Of Noise. But if you’re a true fan, you may be interested in all the hype and websites that are a part of the campaign, which someone has compiled and packaged neatly with a bow at: Echoing The Sound.
In my opinon so far, this is turning out to feel more like Trent’s younger albums, in particular my favorite “The Downward Spiral.” I love all his albums, but this one hit every part that NIN stood for and felt like to me, and this new one has a more electronic and angry feel reminisent of those days. I Think I’m in love already!

Another great blog post went up today about my favorite jewelry designer, and err girlfriend… Margaux! This time she did an interview for it, so I think it’s a good one to share. Check it out!

Some great poster designs to check out. Love the use of colors & patterns, and beautiful type. I actually like the more naughty ones the best, but I’ll keep this a lil more PG

I finally got a chance to scan the CRN Magazine that has my letter to the editor in it. It’s funny because I never read this mag, but I saw this posting doing a little bashing on Apple, and since I didn’t think the bashing was warranted, I emailed the guy. They end up printing it.

Wow! Now we have Cuomo stopping the atrocities that Exxon has done nothing about for over a quarter decade! I hope this leads to a quick solution and cleanup, because I dig the area and don’t want to pack up just yet. Amazing what these companies get away with. Read up my people:

Thou holiest of Apple geekery, Steve Jobs, has finally spoken out about DRM, it’s failure, and revealed his opinion about the ‘Big Four’ music companies, Europe pay attention you fools! Obviously you don’t understand your gripe towards Apple, since as I’ve always said, it’s not the iTunes + iPod closed system that’s the problem—it’s the music companies’ stick up their you know what. This statement brings a gawd damn tear to my eye, finally settling the score. Here’s to finally having true online music stores! Check it out!

Paranoia sets in, a bomb squad is on the scene, a tv station is overhyping, an Attorney General is getting even, a city is at a stand still. Big thanks to the Prez for instilling fear into every human in this country, and letting some of his stupidity rub off on our authorities. His incompetitence isn’t his problem however, it’s the problem of a couple of guys who ‘masterminded’ the campaign. Thanks for trying to get these two locked up, without them the morons of Boston will be better off. PHEW! Disaster averted.
